What We’re Looking For

Compensation and Perks

As an AVP:

  • Commission-based pay matching AE levels.

  • Projected total earnings: $104,000+ per year.

  • 1099 contractor status for the first 90 days until your team is established.

As You Progress:

  • SVP: Base pay of $50,000, commissions of $104,000+, and $20,800+ in overrides.

  • EVP: Base pay of $100,000, $124,000+ in overrides, revenue share, and more.

  • All leadership roles include stock options and opportunities to earn bonuses for training events and recruitment milestones.

 

What You’ll Need

  • A $195 monthly tech fee for your tools, including a dialer, CRM, call recorder, email address, softphone, skip tracer, lead imports, and more (subsidized cost).
